Digital PixelD sells digital products and downloadable resources. Please read the product description, included files, format, and delivery details carefully before completing your purchase.

Digital Products — All Sales Are Final

Because digital products are delivered electronically and can generally be accessed or copied immediately after delivery, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been successfully completed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Please check that the product is suitable for your needs and that your device or software supports the stated file formats. If you have questions about a product, contact us before ordering.

Payment or Download Problems

If payment was deducted but you did not receive access, or a download link is not working, contact us at chauhanshiv721@gmail.com. We will review the order and help resolve genuine delivery or technical issues. A technical issue does not automatically mean a refund is due.

Duplicate Payments

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, email us with your order details so we can investigate and correct any verified duplicate charge.
